THE CHALLENGE

Silver Linings wanted to continue to grow their practice, adding several new therapists and having a consistent stream of new clients. However, they weren’t sure how to achieve this beyond local networking and basic marketing.

THE KEY

The initial strategy was to create a well-organized Google search campaign, focused specifically on women and couples therapy and targeting Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.  The strategy evolved due to continuous testing and adaptation from our findings. After reviewing the data and adjusting the campaign we discovered that honing in on exactly the right geographic targeting was the key to taking the campaign from a good performer to a great one.

The initial results were successful but we were able to take the performance to “great” after analyzing about a year of data and implementing multiple optimizations

THE RESULTS

Since bringing on RevKey and implementing Google Ads into their marketing strategy, Silver Linings Psych has been able to hire new therapists and is currently expanding into a new location in the suburbs of Philadelphia

We have been able to take Silver Linings conversion rate from roughly 5% in 2021 to a 15% conversion rate now in the fall of 2023. This represents a 200% increase in total leads coming into the practice from Google ads. This campaign performance has helped Silver Linings keep its existing therapists’ schedules booked, hire 4 more therapists, and expand its location.
